Located a mere minute's walk from restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, and the town center, it promises easy access to the vibrant life of Labin. The nearest beaches in Rabac are just an 8-minute drive away, while different supermarkets can be reached within a four-minute drive.
LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living room/kitchen area provides an ideal social space with a sofa, coffee table, and a bar table surrounded by bar stools for four persons. A 32-inch smart satellite television invites you to lounge in front of it or log into your favorite streaming services for a cozy film night.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area feature a bar table with bar stools for four persons. Your culinary needs are met with a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. A convenient storage room is located near the living room.
BEDROOM
The en-suite bedroom boasts a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) with an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. The bed, adorned with damask bed linen, ensures a luxurious sleep. The bedroom and living room are separated by a glass sliding door.
