Here you can access our internal system for handling complaints, which you can use if you want to submit a complaint to us against the decision on your application or against the decision by which we applied measures to limit the use of our services in relation to you (e.g. we removed your comment, we suspended your user account, etc.). When filling out the form, please provide us with the correct application number that you received from us when submitting the application or applying the restriction measures. Please note that a complaint can only be submitted within a period of 6 months from the receipt of notification of the decision on your application or notification of the application of the measure restricting the use of the service.
