The recently built and modernly equipped apartments "Marija" are located in the tourist resort of Vrsi - Zukve, only 4 km from the center of Nin, a beautiful medieval town. The small touristic oasis of Vrsi - Zukve is comfortably located along the coastal belt of the Nin Bay and attracts local and foreign visitors with its natural beauty. One of the greatest treasures that nature has bestowed on Vrsi is the over 30 km long coast, which abounds in natural bays and sandy and pebble beaches.
Apartments "Marija" offer 3 types of accommodation capacities: 23 m2, 37 m2 and 46 m2. All three apartments have a separate entrance, a separate terrace, parking and a view of the sea. To the nearest beach Sv. Jakov, you only need to cross 500 meters, and there, in addition to enjoying the joys of the sea, there is also a coffee bar with an offer of cocktails and ice cream. If you are a fan of kitesurfing and adrenaline, then the nearby Ždrijac beach is ideal for you, where you can enjoy this interesting water sport.

For others who wish to explore further, three more beaches are available: Vrsi - Mulo (800 meters away), Vurnaža (700 meters away), Uvala Jasenovo or Ričina (about 1 km away). Ričina is really worth visiting because of its beautiful sandy beach, crystal clear sea, coffee bar where you can enjoy the view of the Velebit mountain while sipping your favorite drink. When you've had enough of the beach and the sea, we suggest you visit "Buffalo Bill City" in Vrsi, which they say is the first and only cowboy town in Croatia, as well as the beautiful Nin, Zadar and the national parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Biograd and Lake Vrana . For those looking for good fun, we recommend visiting Zrće, the so-called "Croatian Ibiza" located in Novalja on the island of Pag, which is full of the most famous discotheques in Croatia.
