Vacay Villa LV offers the atmosphere of a bygone era in harmony with modern comfort, creating a space for relaxation and enjoyment. Surrounded by a spacious garden with the scents of Mediterranean herbs, local fruits and vegetables from organic farming, the villa allows you to enjoy the true flavors of Istria. Guests can enjoy the outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue and a spacious terrace equipped with a table for ten people, ideal for gatherings under the open sky.
The interior of the villa exudes elegance and spaciousness. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings, a pool table for relaxation and a wine cellar with selected Istrian wines. The space also includes a kitchen with a dining area, a bar for enjoying a good drink and a bathroom. Every corner of the villa has been carefully designed to create an atmosphere of warmth and luxury.
On the first floor of the villa there are four double rooms with private bathrooms, where the freshness of the sea and the tradition of country villas are intertwined. Each room offers comfort, wardrobes and the possibility of two additional beds for children. For complete relaxation, there is a sauna and a heated swimming pool, which is located partly inside the villa and partly on the outdoor terrace. The rooftop sundeck with a jacuzzi offers unforgettable moments under the starry sky.
Active guests can enjoy the private fitness area, while nature lovers can explore the numerous cycling and hiking trails in the area. For the youngest, we have provided facilities for outdoor play, adapted to their safety and fun.
