The holiday house is located on the islet of Žižanj, which lays opposite to the island of Pašman. It is not connected by ferry lines either to the mainland or to other islands, so the island and the house are inaccessible for personal vehicles! The capacity of this house for rent is 6 persons. The building has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and one single bed. In the kitchen there is a sofa for one person, as well as a refrigerator and a gas cooker. Bed linen and kitchen towels are prepared for you, fresh ones are made available after each week of stay, while towels for the bathroom are available only on request. Pets are welcome upon request and against a surcharge. You leave your vehicle at the parking lot in Druce Bay on the island of Pašman. Transfer from the parking lot to the house, once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay, is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Grocery delivery is organized once a week, according to the order the client places. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your regular home charger. Electricity of 220 V is solar powered. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except of mobile phone / laptop chargers. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor shower is equipped with a black container (the warmth of the sun warms up the water in the container). Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. The water directly from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. The house has two terraces, one terrace is in front of the house, with a view to the sea. The second terrace is located behind the house and within the terrace you have the option of using an outdoor grill. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, on the condition that the guest has a boat driving license valid on open waters. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na moru during the morning to early afternoon, as the transfer and arrival to the house at night are difficult, and even impossible after the last ferry to the island of Pašman leaves. After registering with our agency, you travel to the island.
