- Za otkaz od 7 do 0 dana prije početka korištenja usluge smještaja naplaćuje se 100% ukupne cijene zakupljenog smještaja.
Ostatak novca vraća se gostu o trošku primatelja.

Ako se gost ne pojavi na odredištu ili nakon početka korištenja neopravdano otkaže zakupljene usluge, gost nema pravo naknadnog potraživanja uplaćenog iznosa (uključujući iznos koji je gost platio direktno davatelju usluga).
