Mia holiday home with private heated pool and jacuzzi. The house is located in Dugopolje, 12 km from Split and 14 km from the first public beach in Split. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. A wonderful place to relax from the city crowds, surrounded by greenery, and yet in about 15 minutes drive you are in the hustle and bustle of the city of Split. The house consists of one room with one double bed and two single beds, and is air conditioned. On the first floor there is a living room, smart TV, Netflix, listening to music through "zeppelin", a kitchen that is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, popcorn maker, mixer...) the space is also air conditioned. The toilet with shower is also on the first floor, and you have a hairdryer, towels, shampoo... On the ground floor there is a tavern, where you can use a computer, an ice machine at no extra charge, and various drinks (beer, wine, spirits) for an additional charge. In the so-called summer kitchen there is a washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board. In the outdoor part of the house there is a heated swimming pool, with a jacuzzi and counter-current swimming. Several different types of deck chairs and swings, and a solar shower. Towels are also available for use at no extra charge. If you decide to stay in the idyllic and peaceful surroundings of the house, you can spend your time playing basketball, badminton, or jumping on a trampoline, in addition to swimming and enjoying the pool. Bicycles are also available for use at no extra charge, and you can enjoy riding along the many cycling paths that are located around the house.
