The villa features a heated pool and underfloor heating, making it suitable for stays during the cooler months, such as early spring and late autumn.

The villa has 220 square meters of living space, distributed across two levels – the ground floor and the first floor. The entrance to the villa leads through a spacious hallway into the main communal area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. This space is full of natural light, with glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation and serving. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a large 65-inch television with satellite channels.

On the ground floor, there is also the first bedroom, which has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a double bed, television, wardrobe, and desk, providing a pleasant stay even for guests who need a workspace. There is also access from the hallway to a separate toilet for all guests.

On the first floor of the villa, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring complete comfort and privacy. All rooms in Villa Diva are air-conditioned, and the villa has a wireless Wi-Fi connection. Fresh towels and bed linen are available for guests, ensuring comfort and a worry-free stay.

In the outdoor area of the villa, you will find a heated pool with eight sun loungers and a comfortable seating area, providing a pleasant space for relaxation in the fresh air.
