On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with pool view, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, safe, air conditioning and bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is one separate toilet. Also on the second floor, guests of the villa can enjoy a mini wellness area equipped with a sauna. To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a swimming pool and a sea view, as well as a sundeck with loungers, seating area and an outdoor kitchen.
Terrace on the ground floor 55 m² includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining room with sitting area for 10 persons and access to a unique heated 8 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, fireplace, barbecue in the garden and parking on the property are just some of the features available to guests. Baby cot and highchair are provided upon request with no extra charge. The security deposit is 1000 EUR.
The pebble beach and the sea are 800 m away. The shop is 950 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 800 m away. The distance from the centre is 850 m.
