Newly renovated, spacious and well-equipped apartment Sabun on the first floor - 70 m^2 in size and an additional 50 m^2 balcony. The apartment is only 10 meters from the sea. It includes two bedrooms (1 large double bed and two standard single beds), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The living room has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and the entire apartment is covered by a WI-FI signal. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster, extractor hood, dishwasher and refrigerator. An outdoor shower is available in the courtyard, as well as private parking.
The location of the facility offers guests a dominant panoramic view of the Nin Lagoon, the Velebit mountain, and enchanting sunsets.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the town of Nin, which offers various amenities.
Nin is a city with an exciting past and a beautiful present. The old town of Nin is located on an island in the middle of a shallow lagoon and is connected to the mainland by two stone bridges. Thanks to its rich history, this city is also called the First Croatian Royal City and the cradle of the Croatian state, as evidenced by numerous historical monuments in the city. Nin is also home to the smallest cathedral in the world - the Church of the Holy Cross, which, due to its construction, served as a clock and calendar at the time it was built. Near Nin is the Church of St. Nicholas, in front of which Croatian kings were crowned, and today serves as a lookout point from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view, especially in the evening hours. Queen's Beach is the most famous, shallow and sandy beach, part of which also has healing mud. In the very center of Nin is one of the most famous Croatian salt pans, where you can see how salt is produced.
