The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds (one room also has a cot), a hallway, a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, there is also a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a blender, plastic dishes for children, a dishwasher. In the extension of the kitchen there is a dining table with chairs, a sofa, a TV, additional coffee machines, shelves with additional dishes, board games for adults and children in different languages, books and picture books, coloring books, etc. The living room is air-conditioned. WIFI is also included in the offer.
The living room opens onto a small balcony which is connected to the yard by a few steps. The yard has a table and chairs, a swing, a barbecue, a beer table with benches, and a large toy box. The yard also offers parking for a maximum of two vehicles (one behind the other). The parking lot is covered and your vehicle will be in the shade throughout your stay.
The distance to Lolić beach and the town center is 300 to 400 m, or a 5 to 6 minute walk. Lolić beach is covered with pebbles, there is also a pine forest that provides enough shade, deck chairs and umbrellas can be rented. There are several restaurants, fast food, pastry shops, and a cafe on the beach.
In the center of the town there are several restaurants, bakeries, butchers, small shops, and facilities for children.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you won't need a car...unless you decide to explore the surrounding towns, cities, and attractions.
Sojourn tax is included in the price. There are no additional costs unless there is damage to the inventory or the building. Pets are not allowed.
A deposit is charged upon arrival as insurance in case of damage, which, if no damage has occurred, will be fully refunded upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, or more often if necessary. We are at your disposal for any information. We speak English, German, Italian and French. We look forward to your arrival!
