The apartment is located on the top floor of our house. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a filter coffee machine, dishes and pots. In the kitchen there is a small dining table with chairs. The bedroom is air-conditioned and there is a TV in the room. WIFI is also included in the offer. The bedroom leads to a large balcony with a view of the sea and Piovac. There is a barbecue in the yard, there is a parking lot behind the house. The distance to Lolić beach and the town center is 300 to 400 m, or 5 to 6 minutes' walk. Lolić beach is covered with pebbles, there is also a pine forest that provides enough shade, deckchairs and umbrellas can be rented. On the beach there are several restaurants, fast food, pastry shops, and a cafe. In the center of town there are several restaurants, bakeries, butchers, small shops, facilities for children. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you won't need a car...unless you decide to explore the surrounding cities, towns and sights. Tourist tax is included in the price. There are no additional costs unless there is damage to the inventory or the property. Pets are not allowed. A deposit is charged upon arrival as insurance in case of damage, which will be fully refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, or more often if necessary. We are at your disposal for any information. We speak English, German, Italian and French. We look forward to your arrival!
