Three rooms have double beds, while the fourth room has two separate beds, ideal for a family or group of friends. Two rooms have their own bathrooms, while the remaining two share another bathroom, offering privacy and comfort to each guest.
The ground floor is a real paradise for socializing, there is an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, a modern TV and a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere for evening relaxation.
Fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a table for eight people, ideal for shared meals and culinary delights.
On this floor there is also a separate toilet, as well as one bedroom with its own bathroom.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with two additional bathrooms, providing privacy and luxury to each guest. The entire villa is air-conditioned, and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant temperature in the colder months, which makes it perfect for a stay at any time of the year.
Outside, on the spacious terrace by the pool there is a large outdoor table for 10 people, perfect for dining in the fresh air.
