Reservation cancellation
If the reservation cannot be canceled free of charge, the following cancellation charges apply:
- For cancellation up to 29 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 50% of the total price of the rented accommodation will be charged in the name of manipulative and administrative costs.
- For cancellation from 28 to 22 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 60% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellation from 21 to 15 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 70% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 80% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellations from 7 to 0 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 100% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.The rest of the money is returned to the guest at the recipient's expense.
If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels the leased services unjustifiably after the start of use, the guest has no right to claim the amount paid (including the amount paid directly to the service provider).
