Design Villa Diagonal spans 240 m² within a fully enclosed 1,187 m² property, offering an oasis of tranquility. This elegant retreat features four en-suite bedrooms and four bathrooms, designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. A private infinity pool offers stunning 180-degree sea views, while the spacious deck area invites relaxation with ample sun loungers and shaded seating. The villa’s long covered terrace seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, providing an ideal space for dining, lounging, and barbecues. The upper balcony, with its panoramic lounge area, offers breathtaking views, creating a serene and private atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery.

The villa is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the beach, a restaurant, and a grocery shop, ensuring all essentials are within easy reach. The historic town of Labin, with its vibrant market, delightful restaurants, charming cafes, and well-stocked supermarkets, is only a 17-minute drive away. LIVING ROOM
Step into a spacious, panoramic living area designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Featuring a four-seater sofa, two armchairs, and an indoor fireplace, the space offers breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Cres. The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art 80-inch smart satellite TV, a Bluetooth music system, air conditioning, and complimentary access to Netflix and IPTV. Spanning an impressive 80 m², this open and inviting area also includes a conveniently located guest toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill, water kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, microwave, hand mixer, and blender. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate storage room for added convenience. To cater to families, we also provide children's dinnerware.

BEDROOMS
Design Villa Diagonal features four premium en-suite bedrooms, including two luxurious master bedrooms. One master bedroom boasts an in-room bathtub with a stunning panoramic view, creating a truly indulgent experience. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart SAT TV and complimentary Netflix for entertainment. Located on the first floor, the bedrooms enjoy access to a spacious panoramic balcony that connects the three front-facing rooms, while the fourth bedroom offers a serene garden view. All rooms are furnished with super king-size beds (210×210 cm), luxurious linens, and blackout curtains to ensure ultimate comfort and restful sleep.

BATHROOMS
All en-suite bathrooms are situated on the first floor, each designed with elegance and functionality in mind. They feature walk-in rain showers, heated floors, and double sinks for added convenience. A guest toilet is conveniently located near the living room for easy access. Additionally, the outdoor deck area includes a shower with both cold and warm water, providing a refreshing option for poolside use.

TERRACE & DECK AREA
The expansive covered terrace seamlessly connects to the indoor kitchen and is furnished with a dining table, comfortable lounge seating, and a BBQ area for enjoyable outdoor meals. The deck area features eight sun loungers and four parasols, providing ample space to relax in the sun. Additionally, there’s a shaded outdoor lounge with premium seating, perfect for unwinding in a tranquil atmosphere.

BALCONY
The panoramic balcony on the first floor, accessible from the three front bedrooms, is equipped with lounge seating, armchairs, and parasols. It creates a perfect space for visitors to relax, enjoy the stunning views, and share memorable moments together.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area features a private, panoramic 40 m² (13x3 m) infinity pool, with the option for heating. A convenient outdoor shower with both cold and warm water is available, along with a spacious deck equipped with eight sun loungers and four parasols. Pool towels are provided for your comfort.
Please note: Pool heating is available at €20.00 per day and is not possible during the winter season.

GYM
A panoramic sea-view gym awaits, fully equipped with a treadmill and a multifunctional workout station. The gym also offers access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views while staying active.

LAUNDRY ROOM
A dedicated laundry room, conveniently located near the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack. The room also provides ample space for storing additional items.
