The villa has 3 bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and two showers. All rooms overlook the garden. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenware, stove and fridge. Guests can use the indoor and outdoor dining areas and barbecue facilities. The villa is ideal for families with children. In the courtyard is a trampoline, swing, table tennis, bowls, heated pool measuring 8 x 4.2 cm. The property is a 10-minute drive from the A9 motorway and just 10 km from Pula Airport. The beautiful turquoise Adriatic Sea and the beautiful historic town of Pula are a 20-minute drive away. Free private parking is available on site.
