With a large terrace on the top, 10th floor of the building, the apartment is a "mini penthouse" and an oasis of peace with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
As our guests, you receive high-level hotel service, but with the enjoyment of the comfort, warmth, and discretion of a private apartment.
The apartment is completely newly renovated, modernly equipped, with air conditioning and central heating.
It contains a bedroom with a living room, a dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a hallway.
The elegantly decorated room contains a double (French) bed (200x160 cm) and an armchair that can be folded into a comfortable extra bed (200x80 cm). LCD TV with satellite antenna and over 300 different TV and radio programs and superfast Internet Wi-Fi are available.
The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin, and in the hallway there is a large built-in closet with plenty of storage space.
On the terrace equipped with garden furniture, you can dine or just enjoy the view of the entire city.
On the ground floor of the apartment building and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities: shops, bakeries, pharmacies, dry cleaners, laundries, hair salons, cafes, restaurants, casinos, shopping and entertainment center (Green Gold), wellness (spa, swimming pool, fitness center), etc.
You can reach the historic center of Zagreb quickly and easily and visit its numerous sights.
The city tram (Olibska stop) and lines 2, 3 and 13 pass in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
Parking around the building is free.
