The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area are located on the lower floor in a modern open-plan space. This area is ideal for the whole group to gather and chat. Generous glass windows allow a perfect view and access to the outdoor area with a pool. Do not hesitate any longer and treat yourself to a wonderful holiday! A 32m2 heated hydromassage pool is at your disposal in the extremely modern outdoor area. On hot summer days you can cool off here and then relax on the loungers and recharge your batteries with vitamin D. You can prepare delicious meals on the stone grill and then enjoy them on the covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs. In addition, the outdoor area is completely fenced and adorned with a beautiful green area and fruit trees. So nothing stands in the way of your relaxing holiday full of luxury. Zaton is a great location, as there are many places worth visiting nearby, which are very easy to reach from here. Pay a visit to the royal and very romantic town of Nin. Nin is only a few minutes drive away and here you can experience and enjoy an authentic Dalmatian ambiance. The most famous sandy beach and, according to many, the most beautiful beach in Croatia is the Queen's Beach in Nin, which you must visit. Also in Zaton, you will find very beautiful beaches. An absolute must-visit is the world-famous and historic city of Zadar, which is only a 10-minute drive away. The Church of St. Donatus and the Cathedral of St. Anastasia, as well as the Sea Organ and the Riva, are just some of the well-known sights in Zadar. In addition to the countless sights, the city of Zadar shines with its wide range of restaurants. The whole area of Zadar is indeed a very advantageous location because from here some of the most famous national parks in Croatia are easily accessible. Highly recommended is a visit to the Kornati National Park, the Paklenica National Park, the Krka Waterfalls, and the Plitvice Lakes.
