The AP is in an apartment house on the ground floor, air-conditioned, consists of a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom with toilet, the AP has a terrace and balcony in front, a large garden and a parking space. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the open sea. The AP is fully equipped with kitchen and cleaning utensils. The AP has all the blankets, pillows, as well as a TV and radio.
The only thing you need to bring with you is bed linen and towels. After your stay, you clean the AP yourself, so you don't have to pay for an expensive cleaning service.
The house is comfortable to live in, without noise, in greenery, there is an excellent natural climate, the sea is crystal clear, the beach is newly built, sandy and rocky, the shade is also natural, whatever you want. By the sea there are restaurants, shops, a market, a post office, a bakery, entertainment, etc. Boat trips are also organized.
Klenovica is a resort and a health resort, as it is very suitable for people with respiratory problems and those who do not like high heat and noise. Swimming is possible from May to the end of September, the sea is crystal clear, and the Velebit mountains warm the air just enough. Klenovica is famous for its numerous attractions, well-maintained walking paths, cycling, fishing. You can walk to the coast on a short footpath, cycle or otherwise.
