This charming villa is located in Posedarje (20 km from the city of Zadar) and is ideal for accommodating 6-7 persons. The living area of 95 m² is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto the spacious outdoor area of the villa of a total of 400 m² where there is a swimming pool, parking, covered terraces, a lounge area for relaxation and a gazebo with sun loungers. The pool with a total area of 45 m² is heated.
Air conditioning is located in the living room while the bedrooms are equipped with built-in ceiling fans and televisions. Other features of this apartment include wireless internet, parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher and an outdoor area intended for enjoyment where there are facilities such as a swimming pool and a barbecue. In the courtyard of the villa there is enough space for parking 2 to 3 cars, however the access road to the courtyard is narrow, so if a larger car such as a VAN is coming, we offer a parking solution at the beginning of the street.
Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes’ walk away (400 m).
The nearest beach is 850 m away, as is the town center itself, where you can find amenities such as shops, souvenir shops, bakeries, restaurants, and night bars.
An interesting place that we recommend visiting is the 2.5 km long Stations of the Cross, which begins in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The Stations of the Cross have 14 stations and end at 200 m above sea level, where there is a viewpoint with a view of the Novigrad Sea and the Velebit mountain range.
