The ground floor consists of a spacious air-conditioned living room ( 37,5m²) with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table and chairs, a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, and a guest toilet.
The living room has two direct exits: one to the front of the house, where a sunny lounge terrace (16.5m²) is, and the other to the backyard, which has a private heated swimming pool ( 35m²), shower, and a deck equipped with sun loungers.
Underground floor (72m²)
The central part of this floor is designed for entertainment. There is a spacious room (43m²) with darts, billiards, table football, TV, and a resting place connected to a wellness area with a sauna, a shower, and two wooden loungers.
There is also one atmospheric bedroom (Bedroom 1- 17m2) with a double bed. This bedroom does not have a conditioning unit.
First floor (73m²)
This floor is the central sleeping part of the house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 (12m²) - master bedroom with a double bed, TV and private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3 (9m²) - equipped with one bunk bed (sleeping place for 2 people) and TV.
Bedroom 4 (9m²) - equipped with one single bed with the possibility of a pull-out extra bed for one more person.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share one bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are cooled by a standard air conditioning unit located in the hallway.
The first floor offers an 18m2, partly shaded terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers.
Second floor (52m2)
A large terrace on the villa's roof is mostly covered to protect it from sun and rain. It is designed for spending time together in a larger group and allows several types of use.
The first part is a dining area with a barbeque, a table for 10 people and chairs. The remaining space, with a set of garden lounge furniture, a hanging armchair, a bar table with chairs and sun lounges, is designed for relaxation. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea, prepare delicious meals, read your favourite book in a hanging rocking chair and watch romantic sunsets with a glass of fine Croatian wine- all in one place.
On the second floor, right by the entrance to the terrace, there is a little summer kitchen with a double stovetop, dishwasher, and toilet for guests' convenience.

BEACHES
The whole coast of the Diklo and Borik districts is used for beaches. The nearest one is about 550m from the house. You can choose between different types of coastline.
Diklo Beach - about 550m from the villa, concrete waterfront, gentle descent into the water, some parts have ladders to the water, coast partially studded with gravel (sunbathing area) with some small trees.
Borik Beach - located closest to the villa (750m)- is one of the region's most famous and best-developed beaches. It has a blue flag award for beach quality and water purity. It has 45000 m2 of surface area and is 1300m long. The coast, as well as the seabed, is on most of its surface gravely and fine-grained. In some places, there are concrete edges like swimming pools or piers. There is also a part with sand on the shore. The water gradually gets deep. The beach has excellent infrastructure, there are showers, changing cabins, gastronomical objects, sports and leisure activities, also for children (the exact offer depends on the season). On the coast, you can hide from the sun in the natural shade of trees.
